| What is the difference between a Zebra LP and a TLP Desktop printer? |

| What is the difference between a Zebra Z series printer and a non Z series? |
The Z series printers have ZPL (Zebra Programming Language) technology which means they are compatible with medium volume and industrial Zebra printers. |
| What is the difference between a Zebra 2 and 3 series desktop printer? |
The 2 series of Zebra printers have a 200DPI resolution and the 3 series has a 300DPI resolution. |
| How do I know whether I need a desktop, medium volume or industrial printer? |

| Does my printer come with labelling software? | Yes all printers come with a basic version of labelling software, for example Zebra printers come with Zebra Designer. |
| Can I print labels without connecting my printer to a PC? | Yes, you can purchase a KDU (Keyboard Display Unit) which allows you to print pre-designed labels stored on your printer. |
| How many years warranty do I get with my printer? | Most printers have one years warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. |
| What happens if my printer breaks down? | If your printer breaks down then you will need to contact our technical support department. |
