| How do I place an order? |
You can either choose your product through our online store or call the sales team on 01536 414222 for further help and advice. |
| What are your payment terms? |
First orders must be paid up front by credit card, cheque or BACS. If you wish to pay on account, terms are strictly 30 days subject to a credit check. |
| How do I cancel an order? |
You can cancel any standard order before it has reached the dispatch process by calling the sales team with your details. After dispatch cancellation will be subject to a restocking fee (see terms and conditions). |
| What do I do if the product I receive is faulty? |
Call technical support on 01536 414100 who will guide you through the most common issues to establish the fault and issue you with a returns number. Alternatively complete our online returns form and our team will contact you. |
| When will i receive my order? |
AM Labels will deliver on a next day basis if the order is received before 12pm (subject to stock movements or lead times). Deliveries are made between 9am - 5pm by courier. |
| What information do you keep about me? |
Personal details that are sent through online forms or orders and your IP address are stored by the website. Credit card details are not taken by AM Labels - these are all dealt with through WorldPay Ltd. Any personal information we collect from this website will be used in
