Brighton Best Socket Screw Manufacturing Ltd have been manufacturing products since 1925 to meet the technical needs that our demanded by their customers. Brighton Best Socket Screws are manufactured to a high quality and meet the various quality standards required including ISO, ANSI and DIN. Brighton Best now operate through more than 30 warehouses worldwide and sell through over 5000 distributors.
Challenge:
Brighton Best required a customised system comprising of 4 PCs, 4 label printers and label software. The software needed to connect to a existing database containing details of all of their products. Brighton Best also required the ability to change the fields on the labels, such as product code and quantity, at print time. Brighton Best needed to improve the quality of their labels and increase the reliability of their printers in order to reduce label printing downtime.
Solution:
AM Labels sourced the complete system for Brighton Best including 4 PCs, 4 Zebra S4M printers, Nicelabel Suite, consumables, maintenance and installation. Using Nice form from the Nicelabel Suite AM Labels designed a customised form. This created a user friendly screen to allow operators to search for product numbers from a database. The screen shows a preview of the label and allows the user to overwrite data at print time.
