The Gryphon School

Customer:

The Gryphon School is Dorset's first Business and Enterprise school established in September 1992 as a Voluntary Controlled Church of England School for the Sherborne community and surrounding area. The pursuit of excellence in a caring and safe environment is at the heart of their commitment to students from 11 to 19 years of age.



Challenge:

The Gryphon school has a large number of assets including equipment, with a majority of items being electrical including computers and food mixers. The school required a method of tracking items and recording item testing to replace their existing paper based system that often caused problems with a high quantity of misplaced items.






Solution:

AM Labels supplied the school with PASS Locator Asset Tracking Software and two Cipherlab 8000 Handheld Computers. Once the application had been installed the software allowed users to take total control of all the data, take accurate recordings and track items more efficiently.
